Recurring Payment Conditions Policy

Overview

In compliance with VISA/Mastercard regulations, Separate Recurring Payment Conditions must be clearly outlined, accessible, and accepted by the cardholder prior to the completion of any transaction involving recurring payments. These conditions should ensure transparency, security, and clarity for the cardholder, including full disclosure of transaction details, amounts, payment frequency, cancellation policies, and contact information.

1. Description of Services

The description, name, and list of services for which the cardholder’s credit card will be charged must be included. These details should make it clear which services are being subscribed to and charged on a recurring basis.

2. Recurring Transaction Amounts

The cost of the Service subscription depends on the chosen subscription package during signup. Those payments will be recurring monthly or quarterly depending on the choice of the Subscriber .

➤ Games: €10.90 per month

➤ Movies: €24.90 per month

➤ Movies & Games (Bundle): €29.90 per month or €75 every quarter

All subscribers are eligible to a 72h trial for €3 after which they would be charged the amount of the service they have subscribed for.

The Subscriber authorizes the Company to automatically debit the subscription amount using the provided banking details.

Payment for the Subscription amount is exclusively made via credit card. The credit card will be charged every month for the subscription amount until the Subscriber wishes to terminate their Subscription. Termination of subscription must follow the termination rules mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.

The subscriber can choose to change their subscription by canceling the first one and re-subscribing to the new package they choose to subscribe to.

In case of payment failure, and/or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud by the Subscriber known to the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate the subscription and access to the corresponding Service.

3. Currency and Surcharge Disclosure

Subscription is applicable in France and the Europe region and is charged in Euros.

The subscriber will not be supercharged any amount other than the amount of the chosen subscription or the trial charge mentioned in section 2.

4. Duration and Frequency of Charges

The subscriber will be charged the amount they have subscribed for (mentioned in section 2.) every 30 calendar days for monthly subscriptions and every 90 calendar days for quarterly subscriptions.

5. Communication Method

Upon subscription, all subscribers will receive a confirmation email to communicate that their subscription was successfully made.

Subscribers can communicate with the Company regarding any issue or question about their subscription using one of the 3 following methods:

6. Use of Stored Credentials

Our website securely stores and utilizes customer payment information for recurring charges. By agreeing to this policy, Subscribers authorize us to store their payment credentials (such as credit or debit card details) for future transactions associated with their subscription or recurring service.

These credentials are encrypted and securely managed in compliance with industry standards to ensure the protection of user data. Subscribers will be notified of upcoming charges in accordance with the agreed billing cycle, and they may update or remove their payment information at any time through their account settings.

The recurring payments will continue until the Subscriber cancels the service or subscription, and any changes to the payment terms will be communicated in advance.

7. PCI Compliance

Our website adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) when storing and processing Subscriber payment information for recurring transactions.

We implement stringent security measures, including encryption, tokenization, and secure storage, to protect cardholder data.

Our systems undergo regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and monitoring to prevent unauthorized access or breaches.

This policy also emphasizes the importance of limiting access to sensitive payment data to authorized personnel only. By maintaining compliance with PCI DSS, we aim to provide a secure payment environment and protect our Subscribers' financial information.

8. Recurring Payment Cancellation Rules

Cancelation of subscription or termination can be notified by the Subscriber at any time via email without prior notice or reason.

Termination must be notified by the Subscriber:

➤ Or by contacting us by phone at +33 1 82 88 63 13

The termination will take effect at the end of the current subscription period (monthly or quarterly as per the offer chosen by the customer) or the Discovery Access period in the context of a Welcome Offer, so that the Subscriber who terminated their Contract and has paid for the current period will have the right to use the Site for the remainder of the current period.

At the end of the current period, the Subscriber will no longer have access to the Service and will no longer be charged by the Company.

The Company also reserves the right to terminate the Service at any time if the Subscriber fails to comply with these General Conditions or if the payment method provided by the Subscriber is invalid.

It also reserves the right to cease offering the Service. The cessation of the Service will be communicated to the Subscriber by any appropriate means.
